I’m a 37-year-old father of three, happily married for 16 years to my beautiful wife. I’ve been lucky, yes, but luck doesn’t define who we are—it’s what we do with what we’ve been given that does.

For 17 years, I’ve served in the military, where I learned the value of resilience, discipline, and unyielding strength. But the lessons I’ve learned don’t stop at the battlefield—they carry into every part of life. This blog is my first step into sharing those lessons, and I’m not comfortable with it. But hey! that's  **The Art of Vincere**—getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, challenging and conquering weakness.

This is my battle. Part learning, part sharing, but always striving to improve, to never stagnate.

This blog will be the place I compile what I believe to be the best material, the most important ideas, and the foundation for conquering our own demons and shaping our reality. It’s my outlet, my contribution to the fight for self-mastery.
